The Pinnacle is built on the site of the former Mercy Hospital, a neighbourhood landmark since the turn of the century. The exterior and interior design, which combines concrete and brick, is inspired by a mix of historic architecture and uses the same materials seen in the surrounding neighbourhood. The developer, OPUS Development, installed Walnut Boston – a wood flooring exclusive to Kährs – in most of the spacious, light-filled rooms.
